holy fuck. lower back was killing me the entire day, even before training. musta slept wrong since it was ok yesterday. These squarts were at a pretty good speed despite the fact that lower back was in so much pain.

Bench Press:

Fuark. Think that was a PR, dont even bother looking for those anymore, just lift more weight. First 3/4 reps were about the same speed, last rep was a little slower. Leg drive still needs work, so does tucking and not flaring elbows as much. At this point, i ran into a guy from high school that used try and pick fights with me, ofcourse he is a rich white guy. He was having trouble curling 15s, so me being the natural asshole that i am, went over picked up the 35s and curled em for an easy set of 12 standing right next to him to let him mire. Nigga got red as fuck and then went to hit traps and abs like a true bro. Probably less than 150 lbs at 5’11”.

Did these a little differently today since i dont have bumpers at my ymca and couldnt stand having to go hunch back on 95. Lower back was still feeling a little weird on these but the reps werent difficult at all.

Coulda hit 6-8 pretty easily on the weighted sets, but didn’t feel like it since all i wanted to do was catch a tricep pump.
