Back at It Again

Dad’s home now and things seem to be better for now. He’s gonna take a month off from work as the doctor is very sure that it was a work related issue that caused his heart attack more than anything. He’s on 8 different meds now and is real drugged up. My goal for him is to fix his diet and get into some sort of a consistent exercise schedule to get him off of atleast 3 medications.
