See nothing positive coming from being on there. My training lately has been pretty much bodybuilding, with pushing maximal weights on deadlifts. Just gona be posting cliffs and I dont really feel like posting much of anything lately. I might even stop updating this just because i dont care anymore.(lol this was the first update in a really long time.) Those of you that read my log on IM, be aware that 99% of the training i post there is a troll thread. Not really attention whoring, just bored of the internet weightlifting community(and people in general) and dont want to be back for a long time.

Flat DB Bench: 60s x 13/6/5 = 24RP

DB Shoulder Press: 50s x 8; 50s x 7

Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 160×10; 160×10

Deadlift: 350×5; 275×12

350×5 was pretty fast, but lockout was slow as fuck. went into tunnel vision on that last rep of 350. weird feeling. pretty sure 60sx13 is a pr on flat db bench by 5 reps or so.

Barbell Curl: 70 x 12+6+6 = 24RP

Smith CGBP: 145 x 12+8+6 = 26RP

Reverse Curl: 60×18 SS

Squat: 235×1; 185×12

Arms have never been through so much shit than doing RP Curls. After the first failure point, pump gets insane, and almost annoying. Something didn’t feel right at all during the squat warmups. Was supposed to do 235×3, but specifically, my back felt like shit in the hole. Im gonna look into front squats only… my back has never felt like shit on those.





Back at It Again

Dad’s home now and things seem to be better for now. He’s gonna take a month off from work as the doctor is very sure that it was a work related issue that caused his heart attack more than anything. He’s on 8 different meds now and is real drugged up. My goal for him is to fix his diet and get into some sort of a consistent exercise schedule to get him off of atleast 3 medications. This was fridays workout…

 

Flat DB Bench Press: 50s x 13+7+7 = 27RP

DB Shoulder Press: 40sx10; 45sx9

Lat Pulldown: 150×10; 150×10

T-Bar Row: 160×10; 125×15





No Training for the Next Week

This morning, my dad got off a conference call and was expressing that he had some severe chest pain. Despite trying to help him with some home remedies, his condition got worse. I knew that this pain wasn’t normal as people dont just get off the phone and feel like complete shit. He said he was fine, but i felt like something wasn’t right and suggested to him that this is a possible symptom of a heart attack. He said that this was impossible and I decided to call the physician and set him up with an appointment. Upon arriving to the doctors’ office, and running and EKG test, EMS arrived and took him to the hospital. After a quick xray, the doctors came to a conclusion that one of his arteries was completely blocked up with plaque, and another one was 80% clogged. Surgeons stated that if he had been 1/2 an hour later than he arrived to the hospital, he would have no longer been with us. Surgeons immediately started operating and one of the arteries now has a stent inside. He will be getting the other one taken care of soon. I just got off the phone with him, and he seems to be doing fine. However, im a bit nervous since a chance of a stroke occurring after a situation like this is reasonably high, so I will be taking the next week off from training to spend it with him during his recovery. To put things into perspective, my dad is 5’11” and 170 lbs. He does little to no exercise, eats what he wants, and can stay reasonably lean for a 51 year old man. No matter how fast your metabolism is, you are NOT impervious to things than can happen to everyone else.





Bought Some CreaRoid

Yep. Im not natural anymore. Going to inject 10g of CreaRoid into my shoulders on training days and 5g of CreaRoid on non training days. Anyway here’s what today looked like. Also, I deleted my Facebook account for a bit, so if you are a SWOLE (ER) member you are not seeing my profile randomly disappear. If you dont know what SWOLE (ER)is, dont worry about it 🙂

holy fuck. lower back was killing me the entire day, even before training. musta slept wrong since it was ok yesterday. These squarts were at a pretty good speed despite the fact that lower back was in so much pain.

Bench Press:

Fuark. Think that was a PR, dont even bother looking for those anymore, just lift more weight. First 3/4 reps were about the same speed, last rep was a little slower. Leg drive still needs work, so does tucking and not flaring elbows as much. At this point, i ran into a guy from high school that used try and pick fights with me, ofcourse he is a rich white guy. He was having trouble curling 15s, so me being the natural asshole that i am, went over picked up the 35s and curled em for an easy set of 12 standing right next to him to let him mire. Nigga got red as fuck and then went to hit traps and abs like a true bro. Probably less than 150 lbs at 5’11”.

Did these a little differently today since i dont have bumpers at my ymca and couldnt stand having to go hunch back on 95. Lower back was still feeling a little weird on these but the reps werent difficult at all.

Coulda hit 6-8 pretty easily on the weighted sets, but didn’t feel like it since all i wanted to do was catch a tricep pump.

I troll the ironsport guy on a daily basis, and recently he’s been responding to it. Either because he’s bored or my trolling is funny. Oh well, im gonna make it up to ironsport atleast once this spring break. Anyway, here’s how today went.

Had to squat in the fucked up rack because some guy had 8 sets of shrugs to do in the power rack. This rack is fucked up because im smashing the safety rails each time i get below parallel which was a pain in the ass. 210 wasn’t too bad. If i didnt hit rails each time, it woulda been better.

id say the 170 set was a 4-5/10 in difficulty. Setup was much better, but i still need to work on getting more leg drive. On the 8 rep set, the gym employee fucking walks up to me, hovers over my face and starts waving collars mid rep trying to tell me that i need collars. Ofcourse, he has never touched a weight in his life. I could smell his raunchy ass beard and I wanted to die right then and there.

Ate 300 cals yesterday. 205 was harder than it should have been, but reps were still fast. Need to keep chest up when coming outta the hole.

Bench Press:

top set sucked ass. first 4 reps on 165 were fast as fuark, then hit the pegs on the way up which made that rep harder(read wobblier) than it needed to be. +5 friday. did 20 pullups before benching and i think the small back pump may have helped keep stable.

Funny because guy 1 was squatting 5 plates ATG for triples O.O
